If your property needs a deep clean or just a quick clean ready for a new tenant, then we can help. Tenants expect properties to be spotless but they aren’t always handed back in the cleanest condition. When we say we have seen it all, we really have. Appliance Repairs and Installations
We can supply and install appliances such as washing machines, electric ovens and fridge freezers. Removing the old appliance if required as well. We also repair appliances where economical for the client.
Rubbish Removal
We can move anything for you, if a tenant has left a property or a garden full of rubbish, we will attend and clear the area for you so that the rubbish doesn’t get added to.
Joinery
Minor joinery works such as internal doors sticking can be annoying for tenants, but simple to fix. We cover all minor joinery items including replacing worktops and kitchen cupboard doors.
Locksmiths
Jammed locks, mechanisms, lost keys! We operate a fast service to get you in. If you just want to change locks such as mortice or yale that’s no problem.
Plastering
Replacing damaged or defective plaster, reskimming and plasterboarding. We regularly plaster patch ceilings after leaks in properties.
Roofing
There is nothing worse than a leaking roof, whether it’s: a slipped slate or ridge tile, a complete reroof, or a replacement gutter we have it all covered.
Drainage
Blocked drains happen for a number of reasons, the result is that a block and overflowing drain can be a health hazard for tenants and neighbours. We can clear blocked drains and also provide a drainage camera service if the problem persists.
Carpets and Flooring
After a few tenancies, floor coverings can get stained and may carry odours and will need changing. We are equipped and ready to replace and fix any flooring.
Electrical
We can resolve minor electrical problems like plug sockets, light switches and faulty connections as well as complete rewires. Whatever the issue, we can take care of it for you.
